I am starting to get serious about getting healthy.
1. Get zero-sun cause of anxiety 2. Sit on chair or bed all day 3. Rarely eat because it takes too much effort 4. Rarely sleep due to shitty life-style 5. Feel fucking terrible and too anxious to go outside 6. Go back to step 1
Going to start actually cooking for myself. I've already upped my exercise and its been helping a lot
